Delegate Packages

We offer a number of delegate packages which include everything required for a successful meeting. The hotel has 200 car parking spaces which are free for delegates attending an event at the hotel. The hotel can provide equipment for conference rooms including LCD projectors and screens. Specialist equipment hire can be arranged at an additional cost.

A Room Hire option is also available from £150 for Half Day or £300 for Full Day Meetings.  Room Hire, Screen & Projector, Pens & Pads, WiFi internet access and Free Car Parking are included in the cost.

Our delegate rates for a minimum of 10 persons make great savings and will ensure your meeting runs smoothly.  Fresh Fruit, Nutritious lunches, plenty of fluids and sweet treats are included so you can be certain your delegates will be comfortable and alert for the entire day!
