Accommodation

All accommodation must be prepaid, we will take payment from the card linked to the booking, or you can call us on 01708 860222 to make payment over the phone.

All invoices will be emailed on checkout, please ensure we have your correct email address.

Restaurant service Monday to Saturday 5.30pm-9pm

Restaurant service Sunday - CLOSED except for Private Hire

Snacks and Beverages are also available from the vending machine 24hours a day which is located on the Ground floor.

The Best Western Thurrock Hotel has a partnership with deliveroo, whereby guests can order from a wide range of restaurants for consumption on the premises (lounges, bar, guest room or al fresco in warmer months).  We will be happy to provide crockery & cutlery as well as any condiments you may require with our compliments.

Bottled mineral water

Bottled mineral water can be purchased from the vending machine 24 hours a day. The vending machine is located near the entrance to the restaurant.

Car Parking

Car parking at the hotel is £3.50 charge for residents unless you have booked direct or are attending a function. Please do not leave any valuables on show in your car. The hotel will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to, or from cars that are in the hotel car park.

Check In/Check Out

Check out time is 11:00am. Check in time is usually 14:00pm. If you require a late checkout, please ask at reception to see if it can be arranged. A charge of £20 will apply for stays until 1pm.

These are available upon request from reception.  

Electrical Socket & Adapters

Executive rooms have power saving slots for lighting which do not affect the sockets. Adapters can be hired free of charge from the reception desk.

We will charge the card you provided and Email you an invoice.

A wire connection is also available in the lobby seating area, opposite the restaurant.

A small selection of toiletries are available at reception, these include razors, shaving cream, toothbrush and toothpaste, comb, sewing kit, shower cap and face cloths These are available free of charge 24 hours a day. Sanitary items are available from a vending machine in the disabled toilets.

All televisions have free view channels and radio stations programmed. Please press the TV guide button for a list of channels.
